Todd Lay is a native Texan, growing up in Austin Texas. He attended Baylor University where his studies were marketing / management. After college he moved to Dallas, Texas. Todd’s family's love of East Texas brought them to Tyler. He has been married for 26 years to Diane Finley Lay. They have 1 daughter, Celeste Lay. The family is very involved in the Tyler community, and enjoy serving others through volunteer efforts. They are active members of Green Acres Baptist Church and Willow Brook Country Club.
