The property is located in the City of Tyler which is located 1.5 hours East of Dallas.  The 540 Acre Master Planned Development is located on Loop 323 and  Earl Campbell Parkway.   The development consists of approximately 500 single family lots, multi-family, medical, hotel, retail and restuarant sites. The developmet is timely with the announcement of the new University of Texas Medical School.  The economic impact of the medical school is projected to be significant. The Perryman Group, a Texas economic research and analysis firm with ties to the region for more than 40 years, credited existing UT facilities in Tyler with providing an annual economic impact of $1.7 billion, including $80.1 million in tax receipts and the creation of 21,529 jobs.  Since the expansion of Loop 323 into a 6 lane expressway, completed in mid-2000, the area has become one of Tyler's busiest growth corridors.
