The property is located in the City of Tyler which is located 1.5 hours East of Dallas. The 540 Acre Master Planned Development is located on Loop 323 and Earl Campbell Parkway. The development consists of approximately 500 single family lots, multi-family, medical, hotel, retail and restuarant sites. The developmet is timely with the announcement of the new University of Texas Medical School. The economic impact of the medical school is projected to be significant.
